b) In the case of promotional packs or gift sets, both the outer packaging and the products inside must be intact, not having been tested, and accompanied by the respective invoice. c) Exchanges are not applicable to the following product categories: Medicines, Food (including milk, baby food, jars, etc.), orthopedic items with specific measurements, compression stockings, any other personalized items, and any additional products that, although not belonging to this group, were indicated at the time of purchase by any pharmacy operator. 
19.4. If you wish to exchange a product, both the shipping costs to our address and the corresponding value of the shipping fees for the new product are the responsibility of the customer, unless transportation issues or product defects have affected the customer. In such cases, the costs will be covered by Glimera. The exchange will only be processed after the product arrives at our facilities, undergoes verification for compliance with the above-mentioned conditions, and the corresponding payment for the shipping fees of the new product is settled. This verification occurs immediately upon the product's arrival at our facilities. If the product does not meet the specified requirements for exchange, any discrepancies found will be conveyed to the customer via email, complete with photographic evidence, within 24 hours of its receipt at our facilities. 

20. ORDER CANCELLATION 
20.1. Prior to shipment, the "Buyer" retains the option to cancel the order of products. In the event the "User" places an order and wishes to cancel it, they should first check the status of the order through the "My Account" menu, situated in the upper right corner of the main page of the glimera.com website, by selecting "Order History." If the status of the respective order is "Pending" or "Paid," then it can be canceled. To initiate the cancellation process, the "User" must contact our Customer Support Service via our email orders@glimera.com as a means of formal proof and request the cancellation of their order. 
20.2. In the event of a successful cancellation request, the customer will receive an email notification confirming the decision, and the cancellation will be processed without any cost to the customer. If the order has already been paid for, the refund of the amount paid will be processed within 72 hours. 
20.3. In cases of partial cancellation (when one or more products from an order are canceled, but not the entire order), if the total order value falls below the current amount required for free shipping due to this partial cancellation, the customer will be notified that they must cover the shipping fees for the order. If the customer still wishes to proceed with the order, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 
20.4. If the cancellation request is deemed impossible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be dispatched to the "Buyer" who, should they still wish to cancel the order, must proceed with the return following the conditions outlined in Article 18 of this document.
