RAL and RLL Entities In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL – Resolução Alternativa de Litígios de Consumo) entities. These are authorized entities responsible for mediating, facilitating conciliation, and arbitrating consumer disputes in Portugal.
